Child Line Childline is a counselling service for children and young people up to their 19th birthday in the United Kingdom provided by the NSPCC. They deal with any issues which cause distress or concern; some of the most common issues include child abuse, bullying, mental illness, parental separation or divorce, teenage pregnancy, substance misuse, neglect, and psychological abuse.

Action for Children

Action for Children work closely with children and families to spot problems early, and offer extra help when it's needed. They do this in many ways, from childcare to mental health programmes and parenting support.

Young Minds Young Minds are a mental health charity for children, young people and their parents, making sure all young people can get the mental health support they need.  They provide young people with tools to look after their mental health. Their website is full of advice and information on what to do if you're struggling with how you feel.
